History A 14-year old female with a 3-day history of a worsening severe right frontal headache, which intensified and became bilateral. Two days after headache onset she developed diffuse blur OD, more severe centrally, which worsened gradually. She reported questionable fleeting minimal blur OS.
Pathology Exophytic tumor arising fro the optic chiasm
Disease/Diagnosis Cavernous hemangioma of optic chiasm
Clinical VA: 20/400 OD, 20/20 OS; RAPD OD; Color plates: 0/12 OD, 12/12 OS
Presenting Symptom Right frontal headache; Diffuse blur OD
