Pathology Pink hypocellular homogenous amorphous proteinaceous material with the gasserian ganglion consistent with amyloidoma.
Disease/Diagnosis Amyloidoma of the trigeminal ganglion
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, 20/30 OS; Hertel: 25 OD, 26 OS
Presenting Symptom Periocular pain, Redness; Decreased vision OS
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Anti-bacterial agents; Surgery
