A 45-year old male with a 4-week history of right-sided headache and progressive graying of vision OD. Previous history significant for HIV infection and subsequent Dx AIDS due to pneumocystic carinii pneumonia and pulmonary multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. |

Opacification of sphenoid sinus; Giemsa stain-positive for leishmaniasis |
