History An 18-year old male with intermittent pancranial headache and visual blur of 1-1/2 months duration. Previous history significant for visual decrease secondary to congenital nystagmus.
Pathology Large intraventricular mass consisting of focal clusters of polygonal cells, eosinophilic cytoplasm and pleomorphic nuclei.
Disease/Diagnosis Subependymal giant cell astrocytoma and tuberous sclerosis
Clinical VA: 20/100 OD, 20/50 OS; RAPD OD
Presenting Symptom Headache; Blurred vision
Treatment Surgery
