History A 52-year old female with a 13-year history of year of gradually progressive diplopia, right ptosis, and intermittent right infraorbital pain. Previous history significant for hypertension, dyspepsia and migraine.
Pathology Hyperpigmented dural mass extending into the cavernous sinus.
Disease/Diagnosis Primary benign dural melanoma involving the cavernous sinus
Clinical Normal visual acuity, color and contrast vision.
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Ptosis
