Clinical VA: NLP OD, 20/30 OS; Color plates: 9/10 OU; RAPD OD
Presenting Symptom Difficulty walking with intermittent falls; Hearing loss; Hoarseness; Diplopia
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery; Anti-bacterial agents
