Disease/Diagnosis Invasive aspergillosis of the paranasal sinuses
Clinical VA: 20/200 OD PH to 20/100, 20/150 OS PH to 20/100; Color plates: 1-1/2 of 10 OD, 1 of 10 OS.
Presenting Symptom Gradually diminishing vision over a 20 year period. Previous history significant for hypertension which was controlled.
