Pathology Lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate with inflammation of the dura.
Disease/Diagnosis Idiopathic hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis
Clinical VA: 20/25 OD, 20/15 OS; Inferior arcuate defect OD; Hyperemic right optic disc
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Dimming vision OD; Periocular pain OD
Treatment Surgery; IV steroids; Immunosuppressive agents
