History A 40-year old female with a 3-week history of progressive, worsening occipital headache, nausea and vomiting. When headache most severe, associated with spots in front of the eyes and self-described electrical lines. Previous history significant for oligomenorrhea.
Pathology Tumor mass adherent to anterior pituitary infiltrated with plasma cells along with large and small lymphoid cells.
Disease/Diagnosis Lymphocytic hypophysitis
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, 20/15 OS
Presenting Symptom Raynaud phenomenon; Headache
Treatment Surgery; Corticosteroids; Antibiotics
