History A 73-year old female with diplopia and facial paresis. Previous history significant for malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the left thigh Tx Sugery, XRT, MI and small bowel obstruction.
Pathology Infiltration of lymphocytes to the cranial nerves
Disease/Diagnosis Malignant fibrous histiocytoma
Clinical Normal VA and color vision; Partial right III and VI nerve palsy
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Facial paresis
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment IVIG; IV steroids
