History A 57-year old female with an 8-month history of photopsia and dark spots OS 1 month after second renal transplant. Renal failure attributed to biopsy-proven renal sarcoidosis.
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, 20/25 OS, declining to 20/40 OD; Normal visual field OD, Enlarged blind spot and mild nasal depression OS; RAPD OS; Tonometry: 16 OD, 15 OS
Neuroimaging MRI; CT
Pathology Severe cerebral venous hypertension resultant from dialysis fistula.
Disease/Diagnosis Cerebral venous hypertension from dialysis fistula causing pseudo-pseudo tumor
Treatment Enzyme inhibitors; Corticosteroids
