Previous ocular history significant for bilateral retinal hemorrhages during the episode of anemia 3 years earlier.

Disease/Diagnosis Metastatic paraganglioma
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, 20/25 OS
Presenting Symptom Sudden loss of vision OS
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Surgery; Gamma knife surgery; Antineoplastic agents
