A 38-year old male with a sudden onset of decreased vision OS, accompanied by headache. Previous history significant for low back pain, anemia and thrombocytopenia (resolved with blood transfusions). Previous ocular history significant for bilateral retinal hemorrhages during the episode of anemia 3 years earlier. |
