Lesley Sincavage talks about her work in quality assurance in the food production industry. She discusses the impact the COVID-19 pandemic had on her work environment at Sweets Candy Company, and the shift to not shaking hands as part of normal business practices. She also discusses safety measures put into place at her workplace, including social distancing and quarantine measures.
