Show Motta Farms: A Reimagination Of Farming With Agrihoods Context The purpose of this project is to change the proposed zoning of Motta Farms, a 90-acre family farm in west Davis County, from business-commercial to residential. This will require a general plan amendment to support the development of an agrihood, a residential neighborhood with a working farm on site to preserve the agriculture heritage of the area.
