| Description | The 40 West ArtLine is a 4 mile walking and bicycling arts and cultural trail that runs through the City of Lakewood, Colorado along west Colfax Avenue. The trail opened to the public in 2018, and is a main attraction ofo the 40 West Arts District. This project looks at 4 case studies (the New York City Highline, the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, the Charlotte Rail Trail, and the Atlanta BeltLine) and explores a number of key takeaways that have influenced the success of these more established projects. |
