Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) is a mitochondrially inherited disorder characterized by vision loss. LHON typically presents in young adulthood, but can affect patients over 60 years. Our patient is a 64-year-old man with a history of obstructive sleep apnea who presented with progressive sequential painless vision loss due to LHON. |
