IgG4-related disease (IgG4RD) is a fibro-inflammatory multisystemic disorder of Neuro-ophthalmic interest\. We present the first large series of patients diagnosed with orbital IgG4RD according to current clinical criteria. This is a retrospective IRB-approved chart review of patients diagnosed using 2019 American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism classification criteria for IgG4-related disease. Demographic and clinical data were collected by electronic medical record review. Patients with only dacryoadenitis or only extraorbital disease were excluded. |
