Description All-trans-retinoic acid (ATRA) is commonly used in the treatment of Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL) and has a known side effect of causing a secondary pseudotumor cerebri syndrome. Despite this known potential complication, data regarding ophthalmological management and visual outcomes are limited. The purpose of this study is to highlight the relationship between ATRA and secondary pseudotumor cerebri syndrome in pediatric patients and to report on visual outcomes.
