Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is hypothesized to be involved in the pathophysiology of spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks due to erosion of the skull base. A paucity of research exists regarding radiologic findings of IIH in patients with spontaneous CSF leaks. This study reports on the imaging findings of spontaneous CSF leak patients. |
