Description Varicella zoster virus (VZV) reactivation can result in optic nerve involvement and vision loss. While early antiviral therapy improves prognosis, clinicians may not consider VZV without rash, and radiographic biomarkers are largely unknown. This study proposed to identify common MRI findings in VZV-related vision loss.
