Description Lyme disease is a rare cause of aseptic meningitis making up 10-15% of undifferentiated cases. Meningeal involvement occurs in 1% and typically a few months after initial infection leading to chronic basilar symptoms including headache, photophobia, nausea, and neck stiffness. We present a challenging case who was diagnosed with Lyme disease in a non-endemic state. She had resolution of symptoms with appropriate treatment for neuroborreliosis.
