Description Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is an acute, acquired, and self-limiting inflammatory polyneuropathy. The Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS) is part of the continuum of GBS, characterized by ophthalmoplegia, ataxia, and areflexia. We present a case of GBS-MFS associated with antecedent Campylobacter Jejuni infection.
