Description The Edible Campus Gardens are managed by the Sustainability Resource Center as outdoor living laboratories for a variety of academic courses. They also serve as demonstration gardens to showcase the beauty and diversity of edible landscaping in an urban setting. The gardens also provide service opportunities for student volunteers from the Bennion Community Service Center and others, as well as K12 youth education programs.
