Use continuation sheets as necessary. The house at 4410 South 3600 West is a Victorian Eclectic style of the central block with projecting bays type, constructed ca.1900. It appears to have been part of a farmstead; some acreage remains but no outbuildings . The house is of brick with wood-shingle gables . The eaves have cornice returns on both the gabled ends as well as the projecting bay. The gabled ends have decorative wood shingle and Palladian windows . The gable of the projecting bay has an arched window opening with a decorative window frame. A dormer in the front has a hipped roof and single-hung windows. A cinderblock, single-car garage has been attached to the house and some of the windows and the porch are covered with newer awnings.
