The house at 4328 South 3600 West is an Arts and Crafts style bungalow, constructed ca. 1926. It is a brick, front-gabled house with wooden gable trim. The partial-width porch has Prairie School elements. The window in the front gable appears to be an addition; the remaining window openings appear to be unmodified. There are two outbuildings and one structure. The contributing outbuilding is an "inside-out" granary with a concrete foundation and a wooden roof. The non-contributing outbuilding is a metal shedibarn, and the non-contributing structure is a metal carport.
