It was desigru)ted a vernacular pyramid cottage in an earlier recording. It has a multi-gabled front with decorative trim·. The walls are covered in pinkish-gray asbestos shingles (1950s(?». The window in the upper gable has been boarded up, and a number of windows in the house have been replaced with single pane picture windows. The openings appear to have been altered, particularly in the front window. The house is very difficult to see because of the heavy vegetation on all sides. There are five outbuildings that include a long shed/bam/chicken coop, three smaller sheds, and a garage. All of the sheds are constructed of wood; the garage is constructed of cinder blocks and has the same decorative trim on the gables as the house.
