Abstract Horner syndrome is characterized by the presence of a lesion at any location along the oculosympathetic pathway. It is clinically characterized by ipsilateral pupillarymiosis, facial anhidrosis, ipsilateral upper eyelid ptosis, and mild lower eyelid elevation.
