Leavitt; Alabama Governor Joseph Siegelman, etc. One set of photos shows Mickey Ibarra and others, including Mayor Rocky Anderson, at a meeting in Salt Lake City of the White House Task Force on Drug Use in Sports on Dec. 6, 2000.
