Leo Brady is the present o\..rner and the most recent of five or six previous ones. The home itself is built of white painted brick-adobe walls that rest on a granite blo~k foundation. The front door is recessed in from the front wall between the frontroom and a bedroom. Louise Phillips is ' the o\..rner of this house. The '_ eastern half of the house, stuccoed adobe, is one hundred plus years old. Although some minor repairs are needed; the entire house is in excellent ,condition. five years old.
