Description Fewer than 1 in 10 lung cancer patients present with orbital metastasis as the initial sign. We present a case of non-smoking previously healthy elderly Asian female with progressive vision loss who was found to have a large right orbital metastasis with intracranial extension from primary lung adenocarcinoma.
