Description Crohn's disease is associated with ocular manifestations in 1-2% of patients, most commonly uveitis, retinal vasculitis and keratopathy. Optic neuropathy associated with Crohn's disease is rare and may take the form of optic neuritis or rarely, anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AION). We describe a case of non-arteritic AION and cilioretinal artery occlusion associated with newly diagnosed Crohn's disease.
