Description The hallmark of Parkinson's disease (PD) is motor difficulties due to loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta. Patients with PD exhibit a variety of eye movement abnormalities, and eye movement abnormality can be particularly prominent in progressive supernuclear palsy and other causes of parkinsonism. We described a patient with atypical parkinsonism with marked volitional saccadic eye movement abnormality
