Description APMPPE is a rare, bilateral ocular inflammatory disease of unknown etiology characterized by creamy white placoid lesions at the level of the retinal pigment epithelium or choroid (1). We describe a rare case of presumed APMPPE presenting with bilateral optic disc edema and peripapillary choroidal neovascularization (PPCNV).
