Springville, Utah This lot straddles both Lots 1 and 2 of Block 10. Lot 2 was deeded in 1870 to Henry Clucus for $2.50, via a Mayor's deed from Cyrus Sanford, Mayor. One year later, Mayor Sanford deeded Lot 1 in the same manner to Hiram Clark, also for $2.50. When Henry Clucus died in 1889, the estate was willed to his daughter, Elizabeth Clucus Packard, who immediately deeded Lot 2 to Nephi Packard. Nephi deeded a portion of Lot 2 to james M. Clark in 1893, and then another portion in a separate transaction on the same day. Lot 1 owner, Hiram Clark, also deeded Lot 1 to james M. Clar, in 1899. james probably built the home around the beginning of 1900.
