It is constructed of molded, rock-face, concrete block (commonly called Buehner Block) with the Federal style smooth concrete block alternated with the Buehner Block on the comers (see photo # 0282). The roof is flat with no eaves. The main entry is located just north of center in the eastern elevation. It is a bay containing a modem, metal, roll-up door. There is a transom above the entry that is filled with wood sheet (see photo # 1832). The southern elevation has a Federal style stepped parapet. The parapet is capped with formed concrete (see photo # 1805). There are three areas of smooth concrete block in the elevation suggesting these were window openings. The areas are set high in the elevation and grouped toward the center of the wall. The center area has a metal vent inserted into the block (see photo # 1805). There is an attached building to the north (see photo # 1808). This building is an end gable with a stepped fac;ade. There are no eaves and the roof is covered with composite asphalt shingles. It is constructed of smooth concrete block (see photo # 0281). The main entry is a bay centered in the eastern elevation. It contains a modem, roll-up metal door. There is a pedestrian entry just to the south of the bay. It contains a modem metal door (see photo # 1833). A moderate length, gable, el is attached to the northern elevation of this northern building (see photo # 1808). The el has deep eaves and the roofis covered with composite asphalt shingles. The el is set back from the fac;ade and constructed of balloonframing clad in wood sheet. There is a large, heavy steel door (much like a freezer door) centered in the eastern elevation of the wing. There is a concrete ramp and loading dock in front ofthe el (see photo # 0280). No other elevations were visible from the allowed access area. There is a historic irrigation/drainage ditch running along the southern boarder of the lot that extends down the northern side of300 South (see photo # 0285).
