Senior Ali Eisenbeiss captured second in the 1500-meter run to lead the Utah track and field team. Resting the day before, Eisenbeiss showed fresh legs as she competed in the 1500 for the Utes. In just the second 1500-meter race of her career, Eisenbeiss recorded a time of 4:36.91 to earn second overall. Not far behind in seventh place was sophomore Hannah McInturff with a time of 4:41.53. True freshmen Megan Spehar and Hannah Allred also competed, placing 21st and 27th, respectively. True freshman Caitie Faust and sophomore Dakota Grossman represented the Utes in the 400-meter. Faust recorded a time of 58.31 seconds to place sixth overall and Grossman earned 12th in 1:01.77. |
