He had previously seen a house like this in the Midvale area and liked it so much that he got the plans and had it duplicated here--Boston ivy and all! Cliff Wright served two terms as Utah County Auditor, but he was best known as manager of the pleasant Grove Canning Company. He held that position for 12 years until his death in 1938. His widow, Oral Wadley Wright, continued to live in the house until her death in 1970. Arvil W. and Helen H. Wadley, who had lived in the basement of the home after their marriage, bought the house in 1970 and have lived in it to the present. ~ , ~r: {CJ32' i(-<;~JJ c£ ~ ~ ~ (1~ 'j Cfa N, iDO ~ #" '"i) -25"0 E ~~ , O~" ~ tV, Wo$4 '70 A) e;) P 6<, 100 _L j 2 ~'-<f.'
