They occupy suites 27 and 28, First National Bank building. I ~ ,./ Parker, A.F.: of Parker, Doxey & Eastman A.F. Parkler, senior member of Parker, Doxey and Eastman acquired his professinal training in Boston, Massachusetts. He served fir a time as an engineer with Joseph M. Tracy where he designed a sewer system for Ogden in 1886, completed in 1888. lie was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Engineers and Contractors. Samuel Doxey, an Ogden native, was partner along with C.E. Eastman. Eastman was educated at the University of Illinois and came to Ogden from Chicago where he gained a reputation of prominence through his architectural work. The firm designed residences of A. Allen, A.R.C. Smith, J.D.Carnahan, F.T. Sanford and W.J. Emmett, among many others.
