Subject Myasthenia; Neuro-Ophth & Systyemic Disease (eg. MS, MG, Thyroid)
Description Myasthenia gravis (MG) is caused by abnormal transmission of neuromuscular junction, and is characterized by fatigability with fluctuating symptoms. To evaluate the fatigability of slow eye movements of MG, we analyzed smooth pursuit eye movements as well as saccadic velocities in the newly diagnosed or known MG using videooculography (VOG).
