Description The ophthalmic complications of optic nerve head drusen (ONHD) in adults have long been documented, but data regarding the degree of visual morbidity from ONHD in children are more limited. We sought to characterize the extent of vision loss and secondary complications associated with ONHD in a large cohort of pediatric patients followed longitudinally.
