Description Management of optic nerve sheath meningiomas (ONSM) remains challenging. Proton beam radiation therapy (PBT) is less widespread than photon therapy because of the cost of the procedure but has the advantage of limiting radiation exposure to adjacent structures. We aimed to report the visual outcome of patients with primary ONSM treated with PBT in France.
