Description HaNDL syndrome is a disorder characterized by recurrent headache, neurologic deficits and CSF lymphocytosis. HaNDL cases with documented intracranial hypertension, papilledema, and abducens nerve palsy have been reported (1-3). We present a case of HaNDL with intracranial hypertension and unilateral abducens palsy and review similar cases in the English language literature.
