Description Fisher Syndrome is an autoimmune-mediated peripheral neuropathy. The constellation of findings in this disease process include the classic triad of ophthalmoplegia, ataxia, and areflexia. We report a case of an anti-GQ1b neuronal antibody positive patient in the setting of recent viral prodrome.
