Description Choroid plexus papillomas (CPP) are rare neoplasms (0.4-0.6% of all brain tumors) arising from cuboidal epithelial cells of the choroid plexus. We describe an adult with a rare atypical ectopic choroid plexus papilloma in the cerebellopontine angle with several neuro-ophthalmic features manifesting slowly over time.
