Men from the FERA camp at Dinosaur Monument are pictured with the camp pets. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. The men worked there to remove the overbuden from the fossil quarry area. |
