Description |
Men at the FERA camp at the Dinosaur Monument stand next to the ness hall. The men used cans to haul explosives up the hill to aid in the removal of overburden around the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. |
