Description |
Men from the FERA camp work to pull carts of rock to the Dinosaur Monument Camp. The rocks are being used to build a rock channel through the camp. The men also haul overburden away from the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. The buildings are the mess haul and the bunkhouse. |
