Description Men from the FERA camp work to remove overburden at the Dinosuar Monument. The men are hauling a cart of rocks up the hill. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. The mess haul and the bunkhouse can be seen behind them.
