Description |
Men from the FERA camp at Dinosaur National Monument worked to removed overburden from the quarry area. Men are seen in front of the building used for equipment at the top of the hill where the overburden is emptied. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. |
