Description |
Men form the FERA camp at Dinosaur National Monument haul large rocks to build at drainage channel through the middle of camp. Men from the FERA camp at Dinosaur National Monument ready some iron beams to build a track to haul overburden in carts from the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. The building shown is the barracks for the men. |
